1. Definitions
1.1 “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of Stickly Visual.
1.2 “Photographer” refers to the authorized representative of Stickly Visual.
1.3 “Services” refers to the photography services provided by Stickly Visual.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking.
2.2 The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or service completion.
2.3 Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit and any additional payments made.
3.3 Stickly Visual reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided to the Client.

4. Rescheduling
4.1 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the original date.
4.2 Stickly Visual will accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.

5. Image Delivery
5.1 Stickly Visual will deliver edited images within 4-6 weeks after the event.
5.2 Images will be delivered in digital format via an online gallery or USB drive.

6. Usage Rights
6.1 The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.2 Stickly Visual retains copyright and may use the images for promotional purposes.

7. Liability
7.1 Stickly Visual will take reasonable measures to ensure the highest quality of service but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 In the event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen events, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate details and cooperating with the Photographer.
8.2 The Client must secure any necessary permits or permissions for the photography location.

9. Model Release
9.1 The Client grants Stickly Visual permission to use images of all individuals present for promotional purposes.
9.2 Individuals not wishing to be photographed must notify Stickly Visual in writing before the event.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Dallas, TX.

11. Amendments
11.1 Stickly Visual reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2 Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their event or service date.
